Construction of one 4-story and one 5-story concrete frame commercial office buildings and a 6-level stand-alone parking structure for 2,000 cars. 550,000 total project s.f., including a 30,000 s.f. data center for development of Norton Antivirus and a commercial kitchen. Achieved LEED Gold.

Letterman Digital Arts Center at the Presidio, San Francisco, CA
Four office buildings for leading entertainment industry clients featuring a 275-seat screening room, 10,000 SF data center, cafeteria, dining area, daycare center, fitness center, small restaurant, and coffee bar. Also has a 1,500-car below-grade garage. Concrete structure, stucco, brick, and glass skin. Pitched tile roofs. 16” high raised access flooring throughout. Total s.f. of 1,580,000. Achieved LEED Gold.

Hotel and Residences at LA Live! Los Angeles, CA
Construction of a 55-story mixed-use residential/hospitality high-rise in the downtown area. Over one million s.f. of high-end finishes. Structure consists of a structural steel and composite deck, has three stories of underground parking, 3 kitchens, spa, 2 pool decks, 24 elevators, lobbies and ball rooms. Achieved LEED Silver.

Conversion of an existing 38-story steel framed commercial office tower to residential use. Twenty-two residential levels with 228 for-sale units sit atop 16 levels of above-grade parking and 4 levels of subterranean parking. 356,000 total living s.f.

Single Family Home, Confidential Client, Portola Valley, CA
850 SF expansion and full renovation of existing over 2,500 SF single family home. First built in 1947, the project was able to maintain elements of the original build while reorganizing the architecture for modern family living. Project was completed in a brisk 10 month schedule and met all budget and owner objectives.
